Job Responsibilities

Administrative

• Customer Service: Invoicing and responding to customer inquiries/concerns through online & social platforms. Assist with retail floor responsibilities on days when the studio is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
• Packing & Daily Housekeeping Duties
• Inventory Management: Engage in stock-take and tagging of the new product
• Other Ad-hoc Duties as Assigned

E-commerce

• Marketplace & Website Activities Management: Oversee the activities, monitor performance and engage with customers
• E-commerce Sites Content Management: Create content by editing of images, captions and descriptions for e-commerce sites
• Product Listing Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
• Order Processing: Ensure that e-commerce and socials’ orders are fulfilled promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
