RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet parts requisition timeline.

• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate for best value.
