Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Activities
Ā· Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centreās training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
Ā· Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
Ā· Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
Ā· Update clientsā records and attend to sales enquiries
Ā· Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas
Operations and Administration
Ā· Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities
Ā· Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing
Ā· Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
Ā· Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course
Ā· Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors
Key Requirements:
Ā· Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
Ā· Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
