Responsibilities

1. To sort and identify old files currently stored off-site and provide recommendations on the disposal actions based on the records retention schedules approved.

2. To monitor the timeline of files which are sent for digitisation and ensure timely completion of each batch of jobs.

3. To upload digitised and active documents into e-Registry.

4. And any other ad-hoc assigned.

· Experience in public sector practices relating to IM4L;

· Meticulous, innovative and resource, with the ability to multi-task;

· Customer-centric and able to work well with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support manager in reporting and data analytics.
• Support manager/team leader in PowerPoint preparation.
• Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing a team preferred but not necessary.
