• Overseeing the financial planning processes, including budgeting and mid-term planning, for the company.
• Assuming full responsibility for reporting to Headquarters, disclosure for the Tokyo stock market, and handling all responsibilities for tax filing, including Indian VAT and transfer pricing.
• Conducting risk management through the analysis of company liabilities and investments, formulating investment strategies while considering cash and liquidity risks, overseeing and evaluating the organization's capital structure, and managing fundraising plans. Ensuring appropriate cash flow and working capital for operational needs and maintaining positive relationships with banks.
• Handling the restructure of the company and overseeing the setup of the IT system of the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Having an MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification will be advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate financial law, risk management practices, data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Dynamics

Summary of the position

Liaison Officer with Platform, Relationship manager and clients

• Related to Import and export letter of credit
• Able to support Team Lead whenever is necessary

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage Operational Risks

• Ensure that transactions are processed within turnaround time
• Perform any sanction screening if required

2. Provide good customer service

• Maintain same day processing
• Provide appropriate technical advice to customers and Relationship Managers

3. Business Continuity

• Provide backup whenever is required

Main Duties

• Review LC and contacting customers to clarity on ambiguous terms
• Ensure that transactions are processed in conformity with conditions
• Ensure transactions posted to platform with correct instruction.
• Monitor/trace and ensure transactions are processed within SLA
• Perform any sanction controls as per procedures

Secondary duties

• Backup team mates whenever required
• Involve in cross training within the department where necessary
• Actively involved in any projects being assigned by department head

Role requirements

• Min experience requirement of at least 5 years in Trade Banking
• Well-versed of UCP rules, ISBP 745, ISP98, URDG, URC, URR rules and incoterms rules
• Demonstrated good experience in partnering with various key stakeholders and being an effective team player
• Candidates with CDCS qualification will be preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Welcome members upon arrival and assist guests according to established standards and procedure.

· To handle all F&B aspects and any other items requested by guests.

· To provide information, courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.

· Assist in baggage handling

· Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners

· Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.

· Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

· Possess a Class 3/3A driving license (preferred)

· Able to work on shift rotations,weekends and public holidays

· Familiar with Changi Airport’s rules and regulation is an advantage

· Physically fit to carry out task, carry bags of up to 30kg if required

· Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible

· Training will be provided

· Able to work permanent night shift

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of clients (customers & financial institutions)
• Work closely with front office on documentations required for account opening to ensure completeness
• Liaise with relevant team for the setting up of account in the system
• Maintain customer documentation both in hardcopy and imaging file
• Conduct KYC/AML/CFT checks on new client and periodical review on existing client
• Maintain and update client database, ensure data are accurately recorded in the system
• Keep abreast of regulatory, policy and procedural requirements
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior/head of department

Requirements

• Bachelor degree/Diploma with related banking experience preferred.
• Possess positive attitude, pro-active and a team player
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and detailed oriented
