Job Description and Duties;
Sales Performance Optimization:
1. Analyze and monitor the sales performance of existing studios.
2. Devise strategic initiatives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) established by Japan HQ.
Financial Reporting:
1. Prepare and submit profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet (BS) reports to Japan HQ and stakeholders.
2. Generate weekly reports in Japanese, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial data.
Organization Management
1. Oversee and lead the HQ and Studio teams, ensuring effective management.
2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Stakeholder Communication
1. Maintain open communication with Japan HQ and stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in Japanese language and adhering to business etiquette.
2. Serve as a liaison between teams, facilitating seamless information flow and understanding.
Performance Monitoring
1. Monitor the performance of teams across the organization.
2. Ensure alignment with set KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary.
New Studio Development
1. Drive the development of newly opened studios in alignment with Japan HQ's KPIs.
2. Implement strategies to maximize success and growth for new ventures.
Brand Collaboration
1. Collaborate with brand holders in the USA, maintaining the integrity of the brand concept.
2. Ensure that the brand's essence is effectively translated to the newly developed studios.
Financial Sustainability
1. Manage newly opened studios to exceed breakeven points and achieve sustainable sales.
2. Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
