Function as primary support to the Talent Development & Quality team in maintaining the quality management system and learning programs to maximise guest experience and operating efficiency throughout the Hotels' operations. Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills):

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
• Ideally already accredited as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by Institution of Engineering Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Certificate in BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervision) or other similar construction-safety certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) or similar site-based role (e.g. Site Engineer) for Housing Development Board (HDB) / Land Transport Authority (LTA) construction projects

Job Responsibilities:

General Ledger/ AR

• Staff will assist the Finance team with the year-end closing activities and external audit.
• Donations receipts (via cheque, credit card, online) and accounting in Workday and issuance of Tax-Deductible Receipts.
• Prepare reports (Annual Statistic Report, e-collection statistic report etc.) as requested by the management.
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare journal records for revenue, bank charges, adjustments, etc.
• Assist in prepare monthly and quarterly GL and GST report and e-collections report
• Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and follow up on reconciliation items.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in accounting.
• 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge and experience in handling matters relating to Donation will be an advantage.
• Good in Microsoft Excel , and multitasking

• Mall/ Office Tower
• Salary Range: Up $3,000 + AWS + Average 2.5 Months VB

• 5 days working day, Retail hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Manning of the office tower reception counters and retail mall information counters – including basic operations of systems e.g. office turnstile, BI CRM
• To assist and support shoppers’ needs and requests at the customer service counter
• Ensure all CX related reports are accurately recorded – inventory, redemption transactions, shift reports, lost & found, enquiries log
• Resolve receipt dispute issues by liaising with merchant and shoppers
• Respond to Live Chat and online enquiries, including feedback related to general enquiries.
• Respond to in-bound casual leasing enquiries for atrium space through online platforms (KPI: Enquiry response time & responsiveness)
• Follow up on leasing leads for pushcart and vending machines:
• Secure booking of pushcarts and vending machines, subject to approval of merchandise category by Revenue team (KPI: Closing rate)
• Site walk and inspection of vendor operations
