1-1. Overall Operations Supervision

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Community Wellness Hub-Gym programme

• Work with head of department to develop framework, course structure for fitness and functional training.
• Identify community needs and designing programmes to meet new needs
• Evaluate and identify gaps in services to develop strategies for service improvement
• Establish necessary policy and work processes to ensure efficient delivery of the service and the safety of clients and staff.
• Ensure that staff involved in the delivery of fitness and functional training are trained and equipped.
• Support Community Enablement Programme by organizing and conducting talks/activities.

Day Rehabilitation Centre

• Work with client and/or caregiver to assess and monitor client’s treatment progress
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client’s condition according to MOH service requirement.
• Liaise with other internal and external healthcare or non healthcare workers caring for the same patient to plan, execute and appraise patient care plan and progress.
• Provide or activate care giver training to patients/caregivers and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme by assessing the improvement in care and caregiver/s coping response.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Physiotherapy.

• Visiting doctors and doing talks to promote clinic to the community.
• Forge partnerships with hospitals, polyclinics, and other community partners to build the MSK service.
• Work with strategic communications team to market the service.
• Support Head in conducting service analysis to improve service and quality efficiency

Clinical Trainer Responsibilities

• Support Head in developing training curriculum and competency assessments for new physiotherapists.
• Facilitate case discussions with other MSK physiotherapists.
• Inspire and develop MSK capabilities in therapists who are interested in MSK.

Essential Qualifications:

• Min Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore.
• 5 years of experience in providing therapy services in musculoskeletal field.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Fully registered physiotherapist under Allied Health Professional Council
