Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting and HR experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese

• AUTO CAD Drafting for building & Steel Plate NESTING
• Have a good knowledge in CAD MATIC.
• Preparing Engineering Drawings and steel weight checking.
• QA / QC Document controller.
• Have a good knowledge in M.S OFFICE.
• Material taking off for fabrication.(MTO)
• -Preparing Dimensional Reports

• Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.

• Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in

actual Construction and Submit weekly site works progress report to

the client.

• Project Planning.

• Materials and Resources Forecasting and Procurement process.

• Execution of the Entire Building’s Structures and Finishes with Project

Team for smoothing the work progress.

.Office Administrator works

• Support Project Director/Manager on-site.
• Coordinate repairs and supplies.
• Issue material requests for site use.
• Manage paperwork and correspondence.
• Maintain attendance and inventory records.
• Schedule meetings and events.
• Assist Project Director / Project Manager on site

Requirements

• Previously experience at HDB/LTA site offices would be an advantage
• N/O level , Diploma or Degree in any field
• Willing to work at site office environment
• Good communication skills
• Effectively bilingual

Our Workshop at Sungei Kadut services a fleet of 300+ tipper trucks for maintenance and repair.

• Assist with filing and compiling job card monthly and prepare necessary documentation for approval
• Daily updating of servicing Job Card using SAP/VRS
• Data Entry through SAP on vehicle repair schedule and repair status
• Office documentation and data control
• Assist Operation Team to extract data or SAP report as and when
• Preparing trip report, summary report and accident report monthly
• Coordinating and reporting to superior for Department’s Workplace Safety & Health issues

Note: In 2 years the workshop in Sungei Kadut will move to Jalan Papan
