• responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
• keeping detailed records of construction site activities
• involve in the site works and progress including site meeting
• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers
• Lead workers to carry out structural work (concrete/rebar/formwork)
• Carry out inspection and casting
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks
• attending authority department if needed

Job Skills and Qualifications

- Min 3 years relevant working experience

- Must understand read of Architect, Structural & M&E drawings

- Strong planning, organizing and project management skill

- Strong leadership skills and able to handle few projects

- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines

- Can work independent, self motivated

- Class 3 license
