• Manage the overall delivery of the project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.

• People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.
• Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activities.
• Coordinate with headquarter and site team to obtain enough resources for the projects.
• Organize a proper project management team & plan to carry out the construction works.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company’s polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 5 years HDB experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for applicant as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Submit weekly site progress photos and reports
• To liaise with client for delivery schedule for the whole project
• Ensure that delivery schedule is on time as per Client’s required delivery schedules
• Daily joint inspection with Client’s representatives on precast components before offloading
• Raise non-conformance report (with photos) for rejected panels to Project Managers
• To indicate the incoming time and out-going time of trailers on delivery orders
• To indicate no of timbers that Clients do not return on delivery orders
• To ensure that all delivery orders are signed and stamp
• To liaise with Clients on proper storage of precast Manager. For any improper storage, Project Engineer has to inform Client in writing
• To records RTO, RE and Client comments on quality of precast components. And email to Project Managers on a weekly basis
• To lead a team of workers for site repairing
• To raise Purchase requisition for materials for site repairing
• To liaise with WSHO officer to brief transporter & workers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board
• Training provide for those without/lesser experience

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Reporting to the Project Director/ Business Unit Head.

· Responsible for preparing project start-up and execution plan, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual.

· Liaise effectively with client’s representatives and consultants in all project matters relating to authority, planning, contracts, construction and EHS, including reporting at regular meetings.

· Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations to achieve all key project targets

· Review master programme, define key project milestones and set pull-planning targets for project team to manage site progress and activities effectively.

· Liaise with and manage Subcontractors to deliver their respective performance targets in terms of time, cost, quality and safety.

· Implement and control project budgetary plans, as well as to manage contractual matters fully.

· Drive the implementation of innovative construction methodologies and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome.

· Foster collaborative spirit between project team members, as well as commitment to achieving performance targets set.

· Assist the Business Unit Head or Project Director in tendering proposals to secure new projects.

Requirements:

· Degree in Building/ Civil or Electrical Engineering/ Construction Management or related.

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management and/ or site coordination works for building projects.

. BCCPE certificate would be an advance.

· Good all-rounded knowledge in construction management, planning capability and contractual matters; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management.

· Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.

· Proactive when solving issues and focused on strategic goals of the project.

· Proponent of lean principles, actively seeking to maximize value and minimize waste in processes and resource management; Believer of empirical data and measurement as basis of decision-making to improve efficiency and productivity.
