•  Monitor the RI documentation like COC, DOC, Buildability Certificate, Fire hydrant, and Hose reel Dry riser reports.
•  Liaise with PUB for the FORM C via Email and on-site Inspection.
•  Monitor and Submit the TOP Documentation like FORM C, submission.
•  Ensure the OMM submission according to the consultant-approved format.
•  Ensure the defect list is sent by main contractors and complete and witness prior
• handover to the client.
•  Manage and coordinate activities of supervisors/ workers engaged in assembly, installation,
• and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal
• systems for buildings.’
•  Training new supervisors/ workers.
•  Inspects work in progress and completed work to determine conformance to specifications.
•  Inspecting the site for measuring the existing water pipes, valves & pumps to replace.
•  Freehand Sketching / Auto CAD Drawing and coordinating with the draftsman for proper
• drawing submission.
•  Manage BIM Team and coordinate modeler for BIM Model Submission
•  Interpreting the drawings of water pipes, valves, and pumps.
•  Attending meetings and Liaising with the Project Managers, M & E coordinators, Consultants
• & authorities regarding the Project.
•  Prepare and submit progress claim /vo
