Acting as the steward of the facility

Serving as the backbone of the facility, you’ll sit at the bottom of a wide range of responsibilities, from managing contracts to keeping the day-to-day operations—including facilities and equipment, M&E matters, housekeeping, conference rooms—in tip-top shape. Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of units before handover.
• Collaborate with the main contractor to address identified defects.
• Monitor the main contractor's rectification of defects and report to the client upon completion.
• Prepare handover kits, including packing keys and accessories for owners.
• Facilitate the handover process with unit owners at the property, ensuring acknowledgment of all items handed over.
• Accompany owners to their respective units, providing instructions on essential item usage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, offering customer service and assistance post-handover.
• Maintain and update unit handover reports.
