Service Delivery

Bidding & procurement management

• Advise on and establish agreed procurement strategy with Client based on specific project information and Client’s standard procurement policies. Propose the preferred procurement packages and requirements.

The Corporate Real Estate team supports real estate services for one of Singapore largest bank across the region including portfolio management, lease management, fit-out works, maintenance works. This role will support the real estate team's Operational Risk and Business Continuity Management.

Responsibilities

Risk, Compliance & Control

• Consolidate inputs from the stakeholders, prepares and submits Risk reports as required by different departments.
• Work with stakeholders to perform review of risk events, root cause analysis and ensures measures are implemented to mitigate risk and impact.
