KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively support and help drive forward the JLL Investor Client Relations (ICR) programme for major core clients of the Asia Pacific capital markets team

Job Description

Regional Finance Lead - Work Dynamics Client Finance Team

Job Summary/Goals

The Regional Finance Lead for the Client Account and is responsible for managing effective forecast, reporting and analytics, budget management in line with contractual requirements for client JLL.

The role is critical to the success of the Client relationship through driving informative decisions based on the current spend plan, navigating through Client priorities, market conditions and strategic business plans; Also, the expectation from the role is continuous process improvement, innovation through fact-based decision making and driving cost efficiencies. Regional Sustainability Director

We are looking for a Regional Sustainability Director who will lead sustainable operations to our client in APAC region. The Sustainability Director will apply subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support our client’s large and high-profile Real Estate in building sustainability strategies. This role is also responsible for delivering the energy and broader sustainability scope within JLL’s overall scope of service to our client.

The key deliverables of the role are to drive energy and sustainability program across the property portfolio, and build a wider sustainability framework in line with the client sustainability objectives including energy efficiency, environmental compliance and management, project management, net zero strategic planning, decarbonization, stakeholder engagement, sustainable procurement, ESG and carbon disclosure based on the regional portfolio.

Additionally, by working with the wider JLL Sustainability team, this role is responsible for expanding the existing service delivery for the client.
