Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively support and help drive forward the JLL Investor Client Relations (ICR) programme for major core clients of the Asia Pacific capital markets team
- Develop and present bespoke client presentations, usually consisting of (but not restricted to) macroeconomic trends, research, mandates and real estate deal ideas
- Assist the Private Wealth team in providing comprehensive support to the unique and diverse needs of HNWI clients and family offices
- Work with local capital markets teams across the region to identify key mandates and track progress through regular internal calls
- Support senior directors to manage existing and prospective client relationships across Asia Pacific related to intraregional and interregional cross-border investment services
- Be able to form insights and trends in market data and fundamentals (using both JLL proprietary data and subscription), and also efficiently communicate these findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Assist in preparation of proposals and marketing materials on investment mandates and support timely and accurate deliverables
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate or similar relevant field
- Fresh graduates with related disciplines are welcome to apply

- They should demonstrate exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment, actively contributing to cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, promoting positive collaboration and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs
- Attention to detail, meticulousness and excellent time management skills are highly valued
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and data to provide insights
- Have and maintain strong knowledge of market trends and industry players in Asia Pacific real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; additional relevant languages encouraged.
