Stakeholder Management:

• Manage communications and ensure stakeholders are aware of project activities, progress, exceptions and are in a position to accept handover products;

Project Control

• Track project execution by ensuring timely and adequate reporting;
• Monitor all project activities in relation to the respective project work plans and take corrective action, when necessary, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of project outputs;
• Assist the PD with the maintenance and dissemination of the project’s communication management plan, to facilitate the dissemination of information and reports to all key stakeholders;
• Monitor project progress, identify improvement opportunities, assist with the revision of work plans and advice the project director of possible adjustments to meet the project objectives;
• Monitor contract obligations, develop management systems and accountabilities to ensure all contract obligations are tracked and met, including contractor and client contract obligations.

Safety and sustainability

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices;

Responsibilities

Visitors

• Attend to visitors/guests
• Inform Associates of their visitors/guests’ arrival
• Bring visitors/guests to the meeting room (if requested by associates sometimes)
• Answer/Make phone calls and take down necessary information to pass to associates
• Book taxi for visitors upon request

Corporate Cards

• Supporting events such as decorating and coordination with HR for the corporate cards issuance

Building Management

• Contact building management for assistance such as aircon and lights issue at the lobby

Courier

• Arrange couriers (local/overseas) and prepare the consignment note or airwaybill for pick up
• Coordinate with dispatch guys for courier delivery and collection

Deliveries

• Record of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Inform associates when outgoing deliveries has been picked up and incoming deliveries are received.
• Pack outgoing deliveries (ad-hoc) upon request

Season Parking Arrangements

Responsibilities:

· Assist PM in project planning & execution.

· Handle technical matters such as preparing method statements, construction program, shop drawing, & other submissions related to project.

· Liaises with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized PE board or Commissioner of Building Control for RE registration).

· Min 2 years of relevant working experience in road works.

· Knowledge in CAD

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the safety, health and environmental matters in the project.
• Conduct regular site checks, make sure procedures & policies are implemented, take appropriate corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time.
• To identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice is carried out in the worksite.
• Implement and monitor environmental, health & safety management system on site.
• Prepare, submit statutory reports and maintain of documentation for all EHS issues according to ISO.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with MOM, NEA and EHS regulations.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on all environmental and safety issues.
• Support all in-house EHS initatives.

Requirement:

• Specialist diploma in WSH or MOM Recognised certificates
• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be responsible, organized and self-initiated.
• Respect for deadlines, sense of urgency.
• Registered with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as WSHO and have at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience
