• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Construction.
• Candidate must have experience in HDBBTO Project.
• Good sense of structural and architectural design.
• Good rack records & working experience with MNC / A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.
• Experience in handling HDB BTO project is required.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• 5.5working days per week at HDB Construction site.

Responsibilities

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and digital marketing platform to increase brand awareness

• Create social media platform to advertise the company services

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing technology and best practices

• Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget

• Oversee all the company's social media accounts

• Manage and improve online content and company website, considering SEO and Google Analytics

• Build an inbound marketing plan

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Degree in Computer / Marketing

• Possess video editing skills and good designing skills

• Knowledge of content management systems and full understanding of all social media platforms

• Enthusiastic, creative, freshers also welcomed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
