Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full suite of Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties,

• Taking charge of tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties as well as reviewing of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for Electrical disciplines

• Taking charge of Contract / Sub Contract administration, preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers claims

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Has prior experience in large-scale construction projects.
