RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or QS manager in overseeing and guiding a team of project QS.
• Prepare and Monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.

Key job responsibilities
As part of the AWS real estate and colocation legal team, you will be responsible for supporting AWS's APJ data center expansion through land acquisitions, leases and licenses with services agreements.
