Requirements

· Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience

· Valid Class 5 driving licence

· Registered Crawler/Mobile Crane Operator (MOM licensed)

· Ability to operate above 60-ton rough terrain crane and/or crane crawler

· Able to read and communicate in simple English

· Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays, night shift works and flexibility to work overtime when necessary

· Ability to work alone in confined spaces for long duration and at height

· Good team player and work effectively with site staff and ensure strict compliance on safety protocols

· Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course

· Valid CSOC (WSQ Apply Workplace Safety and Health In Construction Sites)

· Willing to do mechanical work

Job Purpose:

• To liaise with customer claims and solve quality problems and perform FAE/FAI & approve on new products/parts evaluation and judgment related to Avionics products.

Job Scope:

1. Perform first article evaluation (FAE/FAI) and on new parts/products that are newly manufactured.
2. Conduct shipping judgement meeting for first-time manufactured and shipped-out products.
3. Handle quality claims from customers through corrective action request (CAR/NCR): evaluate, verify and disseminate information to respective departments.
4. Manage claims to ensure root causes are analyzed and effective corrective/preventive action are being taken. Ensure prompt follow-up and replies on claims.
5. Revise department’s work standard according to job-flow changes.
6. Conducts process audits according to schedule.
7. Assist production lines on solving quality matters; discuss and feedback on any improvement.
8. Provide engineering support and advice to other members.
9. Coordinate monthly quality meeting.

Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.

Handles all technical aspects of fire protection installation and fire alarm systems for industrial and commercial buildings.

To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc.
