(A) SPECIFIC (80%)

1. To develop and implement programmes/ activities directed at improving clinical quality and patient safety.

2. To promote, entrench, and communicate the principle and the methodology of continuous improvement in the quality systems and among all healthcare workers. To conduct relevant clinical quality training and review its effectiveness to meet these needs.

3. To facilitate and coordinate the hospital’s Clinical Quality Assurance programmes, including the monitoring of its deliverables as per its annual improvement & safety plan.

4. To assure compliance and is responsible for the maintenance of accredited systems such as Joint Commission International (JCI), including the monitoring and evaluation of the systems compliance through regular surveillance and audit.

5. To facilitate and coordinate the development of clinical pathways for the top DRGs and clinical outcomes in conjunction with the Quality Plan and programmes.

6. Is responsible to implement, monitor, collate, analyse, and generate report of the hospital-wide clinical performance indicators and measures for continuous improvement use.

7. Is responsible to submit timely report as required by external agencies/ regulatory bodies, such as MOH.

(B) GENERAL (20%)

1. Promote clinical quality service programmes and activities in the whole hospital as well as in each department along with the department Heads.

2. Participate in relevant established workgroups, forums and committees to foster and consolidate quality management skills.

3. Participate in continuing education and keeping abreast with the latest developments in the clinical quality management specialty.

4. Commitment to professional growth and development through the ongoing process of formal and informal education.

5. Conduct internal audits and facilitates external audits.

• Analyse the stock inventory and plan for replenishment or push out of Orders.

• Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
• Sourcing of parts, materials, consumables and equipment when required to meet the specifications, price and delivery time line.

• Source & Manage Approved Vendor, maintain and update the list with suppliers selection approval and their performance.
• Solve and manage all purchasing related problems and escalate timely to avoid stoppage of supplies and cost avoidance.
• Formulate, review and update SOP to continuous improve the supply chain work flow and meet any ISO requirements.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements. Design, develop and test industrial robotic equipment/machine.
• Design electrical control system. make electrical schematic drawings using E3 (ePLAN as 2nd option)
• Source and select control components and place order for the components.
• Execute control system set up, IO system, servo & step drive set up, axis tuning.
• Provide technical support on site.
• Experience in documentation especially TCF.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and / or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience.
• Added advantage: programing skill of PLC (Beckhoff preferred), motion controllers, robots and touch panels.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of working experiences in main-con, preferably in HDB projects

• Possess a recognized diploma in Engineering/Building/Construction Management/Architecture/NCCS with at least two years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• To liaise with Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer for site inspections.
• To liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and coordinate site works.
• Supervise structure / architectural / M&E works to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Arrange machinery / equipment and resources.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
• Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.
