Job Requirements:

Professional Experience

At least 5 years of successes in Control-M operational/administration and Control-M deployment / migration infrastructure projects.

Technical Experience

Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred

1. Must be able to perform Control-M Administrative activities involving:

• a. Agent on-boarding on Windows and Linux platform
• b. Control-M Env Configuration – Windows Servers and MSSQL DB
• c. Monitor Housekeeping jobs and Control-M Server resources.
• d. Configure/Update authorisation profile (RBAC)
• e. Configure/Update Calanders, Workload policies, Site standards.
• f. Support maintenance activities like OS patching and DR activity
• g. Troubleshooting issues and provide RCA, involve vendor if required.

2. Should have good knowledge on Control-M Application HA and DR setup.

3. Will be responsible to perform job configuration inline to site-standards and naming convention.

4. Provide consultation to application team to address there scheduling requirements.

5. Should be well worse with change life cycle and Jira.

6. Should provide inputs to documentation like – TDS, OPS Guide etc.

7. Mitigate security risk highlighted by VA scan.

8. Conduct KT session for customer

9. Should have good knowledge of Linux and windows platform

Certifications

• BMC Ctrl-M Certified Associate, BMC Ctrl-M Certified Fundamentals, BMC Ctrl-M Certified Professional
• Vmware Certified Technical Associate and/or VMware Certified Professional will be desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.

• Assume the focal role for investigating high failure rate customer issues, coordinating the use of different resources to investigate the customer issues.
• Lead the internal team members in achieving the ISO9001:2015 accredited certification as well as customer-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with internal team members and external suppliers to address product-related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Min. 5 year's relevant working experience in the Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry or experience in quality environment.
• Working knowledge in 5S, PFMECA, SPC & ISO 9000 series Quality system.
• Knowledge of International quality standards ISO.
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings with knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.

• Responsible for day-to-day business data management and regular business report preparations, which includes SAP material master maintenance, data integrity checking and statistics.
