•  Maintains and support quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
•  Development, implementation and maintaining of inspection plan and inspection tools to ensure process changes for completeness, accuracy and compliance to customer/internal quality management system requirements
•  Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
•  Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
•  Directs inspection team to engage in measuring, inspecting and/or testing products or parts and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
•  Executes the inspection / testing of new equipment capability
• Supervises inspection team on the inspection plan
•  Generates monthly metrics reports.
•  Supports Product Engineering and Program Management with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
•  Contributes to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs
•  Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/Manufacturing Process Technology or related discipline, preferably with at least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment, statistical tools, Geometric Dimension and Tolerance knowledge will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will be considered for this position

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department initiatives within the hospital. This role involves the coordination and maintenance of accurate records, meetings, and supporting the implementation of quality management projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality management.
• Organize and file documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Data Entry and Analysis Support:

• Assist in data entry for quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Generate basic reports and assist in data analysis under senior staff guidance.

Meeting Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Quality Management team.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials.

Communication and Correspondence:

• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders including team members, other departments, external healthcare institutions, among others.
• Draft routine correspondence and respond to inquiries as directed.

Assist in Quality Projects:

• Support the implementation of quality management projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Good speaking and writing skills

Purpose: To lead in overall Supplier Quality Management including qualifying of potential suppliers, enhance supplier's quality, logistics, technology, cost and service (QLTCS) performance. Strategic development of existing and new suppliers to meet customers’ and company’s needs. The plan shall include semiconductor and analytical industry requirements as part of overall supplier development program.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineers to manage suppliers and support the internal team as well as customers. Including deployment of customer-specific technical requirements, mTPD process management, Technical Qualifications, FAIR, 8D, CAPA, Process validation audits
• To develop low-cost suppliers to meet customers’ and company’s needs
• To develop alternative suppliers in the Mix Low Volume market to support localization and continuous cost reduction needs program
• Develop suppliers' technical capabilities, PQP & build-in quality process
• Supply chain ramp, capacity, and resource plan
• Work with strategic and preferred suppliers through regular scorecard sessions to improve QLTCS.
• Drive continuous improvement programs
• Manage Sustainability Requirements in the supply base
• · Continuous automation and improvement of supplier interface for better efficiency, communication, and control (Supplier Satisfaction)
• Supplier Training portal where customer-specific requirements can be deployed. Quality Tools can be communicated – 8D/CAPA, FAIR, PQP (CTQ, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC)

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Engineering and other relevant discipline
• At least 5 year of experience as Supplier Quality & Development Manager in metal fabrication, (related to metal works including assembly, sub-assembly, structural, jigs & fixtures) or precision machining industry
• QMS Lead Auditor / Auditor trained and certified
• Experience in procurement and supplier development activities
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 /14000 requirements, application of various QC, analytical, and troubleshooting tools, and application of various measuring, and inspection equipment
• Ability to communicate with all levels and maintain relations with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes
