• Review and monitor implementation of Piping Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), witness as needed hold points or critical steps. Check that test and acceptance documentation is in order. See that non-conforming deliveries and workmanship are documented and corrected.

Inter-company transactions:

• Provide oversight and conduct comprehensive reviews of account across subsidiary regions.

• Manage intercompany back-charged, billings, settlements, and treasury management.

• Collaborate and liaise and support seamless intercompany activities.

Regulation reporting:

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.

Compliance& reporting:

• Develop monthly and yearly financial statements in alignment with FRS.

• Ensure punctual and precise execution of month-end closing processes and delivery of financial reports.

• Manage audit schedule and facilitate with internal and external auditors for audit-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and audit functions. ( Construction industry experience preferred)

• Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and organize work to meet objectives, identify and deal with problems.

• Display a strong foundation in the construction industry and possess proficient knowledge in ERP systems.

• Ability to start immediately or short notice.

Responsibilities:

Business Development (Sales):

• Actively seek new sales opportunities, identify potential projects, networking and promote the company to prospective customers via various channel including social media
• Responsible for managing sales across all accounts, regardless new or existing
• Perform presentation to clients and customers. Visit their company & sites regularly
• Keep track of monthly sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Analyze sales data, market trends, sales growth and customers’ feedback for improvement
• Prepares monthly reports, input and insights to management for customers’ needs and the competitor activities

Leadership (Management):

• Lead a team of 4-5 members, providing guidance and support to ensure individual met KPI
• Oversee all order processing and ensure on-time delivery to clients & customers

• Prepare & conduct monthly/ad-hoc sales meeting contents
• Attend monthly management meeting and provides updates & status of Sales performances

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Over 10+ years of related work experience in leading a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals in enterprise-scale turn-key projects and large-scale customer facing systems, preferably in fast-paced tech, IT or gaming industry.
• Experienced in quality assurance and quality control of scalable, maintainable, extensible, web-based enterprise grade applications with web-based and mobile app-based interfaces.
• Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise test scenarios, test cases, along with in-depth knowledge of product QA strategy and methodology.
• Knowledgeable in automated testing setting up automated testing frameworks, pipelines, processes and familiar with various automated testing tools such as JMeter, Jenkins, Selenium, Appium, BrowserStack, Cucumber.
• Proficient in Java and other programming languages which are commonly used in an automated testing environment.
• Experienced practitioner in agile frameworks such as scrum, lean or extreme programming.
• Willing to roll-up one’s sleeves and provide a hands-on help to the team.
• Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead, convince and inspire team members in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Assists in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
• Prepares tender bid for Management’s approval.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to the award of subcontracts, process including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation.
• Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
• Liaison with client or consultant’s Quantity Surveyors.
• Maintain constant liaison with project staff, especially the Project Director.
• Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
• Provide necessary documentation for preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
• Always ensure confidentiality and safeguards of controlled documents.
• Possess the ability to negotiate with client’s Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and or as and when any variation order arises.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.
• Proficient in PDF measurement or any other measurement software will be an added advantage.
• LTA working experience would be an added advantage.
