assure that the construction is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications.

personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from specialist sub-contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Supervise the construction of VEHICULAR FLYOVERS/VEHICULAR TUNNELS/MRT VIADUCTS/MRT UNDERGROUND STRUCTURES in compliance with the requirements of the Building and Construction Authority, other relevant Authorities’ Requirements and Contract Specifications;

2. Perform all duties as instructed by the Qualified Person; and

3. Monitor and Report on work proper and safety.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC); and

2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervising VEHICULAR FLYOVERS/VEHICULAR TUNNELS/MRT VIADUCTS/MRT UNDERGROUND STRUCTURES.

1. Manage sales and marketing team and ensure that all the team job scope are being performed;

2. Manage and oversee the sales and marketing team duties and responsibilities;

3. ⁠Prepare daily meeting with the team to monitor and keep updated about the job status, job outstanding, Client feedbacks and etc.;

4. Prepare quotations, proposals, attend site visits;

5. Monitor sales enquiries and assign the follow ups to all quotations and proposals submitted to clients;

6. Meet the Clients about any concerns regarding the new and existing contracts

7. Liaise with principal clients and suppliers from overseas;

8. Improves products/services offers of the Company by doing market research and propose new products/services development and perform innovative future action plans;

9. Required to travel overseas to meet suppliers and evaluate the sample products to presents to Clients

10. Responsible to all Adhoc duties requirement from Sales and Marketing Department;

11. Attended meeting with Clients, tender interviews and present proposals;

12. Report to Director and submit monthly reports and other required documents;

13. Oversee all incoming and outgoing enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper, professionalism and efficient manner;

14. Prepare and submit project claims as per submission schedules;

15. Submit yearly proposal to enhance and improve the company sales;

16. Monitor company sales targets and budgets;

17. Any other Adhoc duties assigned by the Director;

2. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts;

3. Review all new contracts for new awarded projects and new maintenance;

4. Oversee the management and organization of company records and documents;

5. Plan and coordinate administrative projects;

6. Updating track records for project and maintenance progress and ensure timely completion;

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes;

8. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;

10. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments;

11. Assisting management on their business decision making by carrying out day-to-day administrative activities;

12. Submit yearly proposal to enhance and improve the office management systems;

13. Liaise with the operation managers about the target, budgets and etc of each new/existing contracts;

14. Control and monitor the approval of all the material request for daily business operation;

15. Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Familiar with Quantity Surveying, Tender Taking Off, Processing and Formulating Progress Claims and Claim Certification.

· Knowledge of contract / tender documents administration.

Requirements

· Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution

· Min 2 Years of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process.

· Able to communicate efficiently in both English and Mandarin

· Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words and Excel
