Job Responsibilities:

• Draft schedules for regular payments and request payments to the accounting firm (twice a month)

Job Requirements:

• Background in accounting, finance, or business administration will be required
• Financial support experience in drafting payment schedules, managing service contracts, and coordinating tax submissions to the external companies will be preferred
• Administrative experience including handling visa renewals, contract renewals, and petty cash management for expatriates will be preferred
• Proficient in Japanese language skills will be required for liaising with the stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
