· Assist in the Operation, Management and Maintenance of Dormitory at 12 Pioneer Sector 1.

· Main Activities

o Manage, Monitor and Maintain all particulars of tenants and employers.

o Ensure occupants abide by all Dormitory Rules and Regulations.

o Manage and Supervise Dormitory Maintenance Workers on House Keeping Duties.

o Coordinate with various authorities on all FEDA compliance matters.

o Attend to inspections and report submission to all relevant authorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day Operation of Dormitory at Tuas HQ and 12 Pioneer Sector 1

· Ensure proper records of Tenant Particulars.

· Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and services failures and make recommendations to management.

· Continuously improve the SOPs to encourage higher productivity

· Manage clients and address their concerns on Well Being of their workers.

· To provide prompt and acceptable level of services to both external and internal customers while managing costs.

· Attending to government agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Diploma in Management or equivalent.

· Min 10 years experience in Management of Foreign Worker Dormitories.

· Good interpersonal skills and team player spirit with BS Group of Companies, Service Providers and Clients.

· IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Ability to speak in Mandarin and English.

· Establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.

· Ability to plan and supervise the work of subordinates to meet Management Goals.

· Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 12pm

Job Responsibilities:

· Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools

· Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels

· Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

· Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

· Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

· Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms

· Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles

· Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs
