• Position Title: Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor
• Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas West Road)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 7.30 am – 4.30 pm, Sat 7.30 am – 11.30 am)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements and status.
• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily activities.
• Physical work is required to facilitate deliveries during tight schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transportation team for delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Verify orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure adherence to basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections of warehouse grounds.
• Perform any additional duties assigned as needed.

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinating with the project manager andother trades for reporting and scheduling of theproject
• Check the C&S drawings for accuracy andcompleteness for construction, resolvediscrepancies and problems arising duringconstruction
• Carry out site inspection
• Material planning
• Degree in civil engineering recognised by BCA
• Min 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in Commercial, Building and civilprojects
• Positive, mature and self motivated

Job Descriptions

• Operate Lorry crane.
• Upkeep and maintenance of machine. Perform daily routine inspection to crane safety devices, load indicators in good, clean and safe conditions before and after any lifting operations.
• Report any issues or repairs needed
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Delivery/collection of goods/materials between one destination and another destination.
• Perform loading/unloading of goods/materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport workers between staying sites and work sites.
• Any other duty as and when assigned by the Management, Project Manager, Foreman or Site Clerks.

Job Requirements

• Possess valid Class 4/Class 5 Singapore Driving Licence with at least 2 to 3 years driving experience
• Possess WSQ Certificate in Lorry Crane Operation.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operating a Lorry Crane.
• Possess basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fault checking.
• Safety consious, self-discipline, responsible, punctual and reliable
• Good driving track records and physically fit.
