We are seeking an individual with experience in the construction and/or operations of technology facilities for the Equipment Asset Coordinator (EAC) position. • Ensure accurate records and progress reports is prepared on timely manner

• Ensure proper arrangement of site organization and workforce management

• Conduct regular meetings with teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors

• Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time

• Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.

• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.

The Manager, Office of Digital Empowerment plays a key role in driving and spearheading this effort.

Job Description

As the Manager, Digital Empowerment, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and manage clear roadmaps for digital initiatives, setting objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure alignment with the division's digital strategy and SingHealth's overarching objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, conceptualisation, planning, and execution of digital projects.
• Drive digital empowerment initiatives, including the establishment and management of digital Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Spearhead digital innovation and transformational initiatives, promoting the adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, chatbots, and M365.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop annual plans and budgets for digital projects, and efficiently managing budget portfolios and utilisation.
• Serve as the digital representative, providing expertise and guidance in projects, task forces, committees, and initiating open conversations with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital tools, to ensure system service levels are met and providing prompt support for any system-related issues that may arise.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and healthcare challenges, regularly assessing their viability and potential adoption.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within SingHealth.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned within the Office of Digital Empowerment.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be advantageous.
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including roles of a similar nature, with at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Highly proficient in one or more of the following areas - cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Demonstrate excellence in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to translate digital strategies into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Able to deal with all levels of staff (medical, nursing, pharmacists, allied health professionals, dental and administrative and ancillary staff).
• Self-directed and committed to continuous self-improvement while keeping abreast of technological advancements.
