• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Order and Payment Coordination: Raise purchase requisitions and manage payment collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in business/engineering related studies.
• Relevant product knowledge for construction's application.
• sales experience, preferably with technical product knowledge related to construction.

• Print and distribute documents when require
• Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
• Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
• Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
• Handle records for the projects
• Create templates for use by other personnel
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
• Establish and maintain record retention timelines

Engineering background and with some technical knowledge will be ideal.

Requirement:

• Engineering background and with some technical knowledge
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of documents controller experience
• Proactive, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
• Provide general administrative & secretarial support to Project Manager
• Help Engineers in compiling and submission of project related documents

Job Description & Requirements

· Support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within timeline and budget

· Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers

· Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply with tender requirements
