Job Description

· Carry out project planning, Scheduling, cost control, good documentation system and project management

· Participate at the Management Review to determine the (Quality, Health & Safety) Integrated Management System’s continuing adequacy, suitability and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Standard & OHSAS 18001: 1999 Specifications and, (Quality, Health & Safety) Policy and Objectives.

· Responsible to participate in the contract review to evaluate company’s capability to fulfill contract / order requirements that include involvement in the tender clarification meeting with the prospective client.

· Ensure that all aspects met the government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.

· Control and Monitor Work progress and Ensure Work Quality

· Oversee the effective management of project activities to assure timely delivery and low wastage.

· Overall planning and controlling of the cost of project execution

· Manage and lead a group of engineers

· Overall co-ordination of the work progress of large and complex project

· Co-ordination with other departments on issues affecting project works.

· Liaise with government/Statutory Authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc

· Provide Timely Project Progress reporting to management.

· Attending Project Execution Meetings

· Responsible for application for the required consent / permits from the relevant statutory board or regulatory body – e.g. Port Singapore Authority (PSA), Ministry of Manpower

· Detect Project problems and ensure effective corrective measures are executed

Requirements

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities

· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.

· Masters/Degree in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus

Job Description:

• Lead the project team in the delivery of the project.
• Control the time, cost and quality of the project.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
• Management of the construction project in order to meet the construciton timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.

• Possess bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction related degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in completed condominium or large projects as Project Manager

Job Description

Ability to safely and efficiently operate crawler and rough terrain crane to move and/or lift materials, heavy weights and ensure safe lifting operations at all time, no overriding of safety devices and all loads are in accordance with crane limits.

Delivery, loading and unloading of equipment and/or goods as designated.

Able to operate crane’s related attachments in a safe manner and support any crawler-related operations as and when necessary.

Follow operational procedures with due care and diligence and notify Superior immediately and stop work in the event of any unsafe conditions or acts during operations.

Perform pre-operational checks before lifting operations and report any defects and malfunction of the crane to Superior immediately.

Conduct daily preventive maintenance check and carry out regular servicing when required to always allow the crane stay operational.

Able to work from height to ascertain whether the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operations and report this to the lifting supervisor.

Perform housekeeping to ensure a neat and tidy work place

Requirements

· Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience

· Physically fit with positive attitude and responsible character

· Valid Class 5 driving licence

· Registered Crawler/Mobile Crane Operator (MOM licensed)

· Ability to operate above 60-ton rough terrain crane and/or crane crawler

· Able to read and communicate in simple English

· Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays, night shift works and flexibility to work overtime when necessary

· Ability to work alone in confined spaces for long duration and at height

· Good team player and work effectively with site staff and ensure strict compliance on safety protocols

· Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course

· Valid CSOC (WSQ Apply Workplace Safety and Health In Construction Sites)

· Willing to do mechanical work
