· Participate in internal audits and review of Safety Management System

· Maintain HSE controls and process within Company’s policies and government’s regulations

· Accident investigation and submit I-Report when necessary

· Develop Emergency Response Plan for audits

· Implement Company HSE and Security Plan

· Conduct fire safety awareness and SG Secure briefings

· Prepare forms to be implemented at the workplace such as safety checklist, RA forms etc

· Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues

· Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Management

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health

· Possess a valid registration with MOM

· Familiar with ISO documentation

· Must possess professional knowledge in Law and regulations (WSH Act and Environment)

· Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in construction industry

· Able to work independently with positive attitude

· Possess good leadership and organisation abilities

· Good communication and computer literate

Responsibilities

• Perform C&S, Archi, M&E Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update C&S, Archi, M&E Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design & construction stage
• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (C&S, Archi, M&E)
• Minimum 3 years experience as drafter or modeller in the main contractor.
• Experience in Revit and Autocad.
• Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models

1.class 3- driving, 1) leading progress report up dates and recharge targets. 2) progress claims to do paper works monthly 3) should be brazing know will be advantage. 4) work long with team and drive workers send home. 5) must know cable pulling and termination. 6) very important must know chillers, pwcs, plumber, piping works need knowledge.7) must lifting supervisor & hot work supervisor.Supervise and site activities to ensure they follow the project plan and schedule.Keep detailed records of site activities, inspections, meetings, and any incidents or issues that arise during the project.Enforce safety standards in accordance with local laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
