Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.

Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.

Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

Construction Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar.

State-approved license.

At least 2 years experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization.

Advance proficiency in construction management software, such as BuildSmart and Smartsheet.

In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.

Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours, when relevant.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage project plans and schedules, ensuring effective allocation of resources for timely project execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
• Oversee the installation and removal of hoardings, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage a team of general workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and supervision to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections of hoardings to ensure proper maintenance and repair, addressing any issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with building managements and obtain necessary permits and approvals for hoarding installations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and variation orders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and subcontractors.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min NITEC/Diploma/Degree in engineering related fields
• At least 4 year of work experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who know Construction and Interior Design related trade.

Knowledge in Quantity Surveyor duty and Autocad software is a must.

Able to liaises with customer, subcontractor and supplier.

Must be able to work alone and some time have to visit site for meeting or zoom meeting.
