Finance Controller:

1.⁠ ⁠Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.

2.⁠ ⁠Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3.⁠ ⁠Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

4.⁠ ⁠Internal Controls: Establish, maintain, and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, including SOX compliance.

5.⁠ ⁠Accounting Operations: Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management.

6.⁠ ⁠Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning, compliance, and filing obligations, including ensuring accurate and timely tax returns.

7.⁠ ⁠Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Description

• Experience in Order Management and Inventory Control
• Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times
• Day to day visual inspection on incoming / outgoing machines and materials
• To coordinate with Requesters and order confirmation / schedule / record maintaining
• Inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts
• Perform Monthly stock take accurately and timely.
• Monitor and track inventory movement to maintain healthy stock level
• Need to perform data entry for stocks movements
• Required Language : Simple English (written & spoken)

Job Requirements :

• Experienced in warehouse inventory management and manage stock movement, at least 2 years relevant experience
• Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Resourceful with good organising skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure

• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned

Job Description

• Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
• Measure of quantities from drawings.
• Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
• Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey/Architecture/lnterior Design or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
