About the team

Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business teams to integrate ByteDance self-developed LLM into new and existing product offerings and services; identify room for improvement of Global Seed LLM from studies of user behaviors and feedback.

Qualifications:

Your Key Responsibilities

To Qualify for the role, you must have

• Tertiary qualification in bachelor’s degree or master’s degree focusing on engineering, supply chain, and/or business
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a strategic or operations planning/consulting role.
• Bring your expertise, focusing on a supply chain demand and supply planning, to assist clients achieve a fully optimized value chain.
• Proven leadership qualities and track record for building and managing a team towards achieving operational KPIs.
• Excellent organisation skills; project management skills will be advantageous.
