The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant as well as other signature research programmes in the centre. You will assist the Principal Investigators in developing grant proposals and study plans. You will conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews as well as assist with study design and planning. You are required to perform data analysis and ensure the accuracy in the data interpreted.

You will be involved in the preparation of abstracts/posters/manuscripts/reports. You will oversee the process and quality of the study execution and keep track of timelines and budget. You will also lead a team of junior research staff and provide technical supervision.

Requirements

The SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is the nexus for population health research, innovation, implementation science and evaluation in SingHealth. You will assist the Principal Investigator to perform a variety of functions such assisting in developing study plans and conducting literature reviews. As a research fellow, the position holder will be in charge of setting and running an evaluation for Virtual Care Centre (VCC) in National University Health System. This is a 3-year funded study with opportunities for publications.

About the role:
