We are looking for an experienced project manager who has been involved in managing ERP and CRM migration(s) with suppliers, address the need to migrate the systems for the company, implementing enhancements and support for different areas of the system.

The successful candidate will require the following essential qualifications, experience, and attributes:

Responsibilities:

Project Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies and plans.

Project Leadership

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and project status updates.

Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with ERP & CRM vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Evaluate and select external consultants or vendors as needed.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor vendor performance.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of a high-quality ERP & CRM solution.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address issues promptly.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to leadership and other key stakeholders.

Change Management:

• Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption of the ERP & CRM system.
• Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and address issues and risks.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Computer Science
• Possess Project Management discipline and experience.
• Supplier management skills.
• Knowledge in MS ERP, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint and IT Automation tools (Power Automate).
• Min 10 years of work experience in ERP and CRM.
• Proven experience in managing projects, enhancing capabilities and functionalities.
• Experience in managing medium-sized projects with a supplier.
• Ability to communicate precisely and effectively with collaborating teams and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Organized, methodological with the ability to manage projects timelines.
• Passionate in project management and self-motivated.
• Maintain good project repository and communication.

Research in Banking and finance Industry

# The position demands natural intellectual curiosity and is a demanding role that typically requires strong communication skills, Able to handle multiple research assignments simultaneously, generating creative research ideas and ability to write clear and concise research notes

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, updating and maintaining company models, company valuation, and industry databases
• Performing regular tasks promptly and providing regular reports to the analyst including analysis of periodically released industry statistics, sector news, etc.
• Handling ad hoc client requests, often to deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Min 5 to 7 years experience
• The ideal candidate will also need to be able to prioritize and work well under pressure, as daily news flow and unplanned projects arise frequently.
