Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance and Membership Manager. The Finance and Membership Manager will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the Club while also overseeing membership initiatives and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell memberships to prospective members which include corporates and individuals by:

• Conceptualising and implementing membership sales related events/initiatives, which include seeking budget approval, execution and post-event follow-up
• Developing and maintaining new partnerships and sourcing for sponsorships for Club’s events/initiatives
• Interact with members and guests to build rapport and garner feedback for improvement of future events/initiatives

2. Manage accounts, budgeting and financial reporting that include but not limited to:

• Ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Managing accounting processes and tasks in daily operations (eg. AP & AR process, GL, account and bank reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, credit control, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
• Handling payroll of staff and interns including overtime & commission calculation into processing of employees' salary
• Coordinating and liaising with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities
• Ensuring compliance with all finance filing requirements (eg. GST, CPF, Annual Returns), audits, procedures and forms

3. Manage assigned facilities and associated services to achieve customer satisfaction (eg. Relationship Manager duties)

4. Review processes and systems for enhancement which include analysis, controls, design and implementation

5. Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business partnering

• Business partner SEA, North Asia and ANZ with business heads and be the first point of contact for all supply chain innovation issues for these verticals
• Managing a team of Cluster Innovation Planner for the said clusters and leading Innovation Processes globally
• Leads the innovation review for the respective businesses to understand key launch drivers and deliver innovation OTIF, considering SC network, strategy, complexity & quality
• Work with business teams and customers to improve forecast accuracy and bias for these verticals relative to innovation
• The role interfaces between Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory and various Unilever Supply Chain functions, such as Category Procurement Operations, Product Group Quality, Innovation Managers at sourcing sites, Global SC

Innovation Management

• Build and maintain innovation timeline with inputs from broader project team, holding cross-functional team members accountable for on-time delivery of their tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved OTIF
• Support monthly NPD calls with UI Senior Leadership and cross functional team to evaluate risk and escalate where necessary. Update and communicate risk management plans developed by project team
• Oversee and unlock the regulatory requirement and compliance of the products, closely working with Sales Ops team, Marketing, internal and external Regulatory team
• Ability to operate in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment. Trying new ways to deliver the business and drive growth
• Support the establishment of Service Level Agreements with Sourcing Units including Quality Requirements, Lead Time, MOQ/Order Increment and other identified cluster requirements

• Further develop proper NPD hand off strategy with SC counterparts once projects have been delivered on time and in full

Drive the Service, Cash & Cost Agenda for the business:

• Service level measurement and improvement through better understanding of losses
• Implement Service loss tree and drive action planning to mitigate losses in the future

Capability Building

• Embrace all digital initiatives like Anaplan, Bizagi and Salesforce and ensure roll out of the relevant platforms to respective business units and customers
• Design and drive a ‘Customer Connect Program’ to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Diploma holders having 20 -yrs experience with additional qualification/ Certificate (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered. Minimum 1 FPSO experience is necessary.

Ability to communicate with construction sites and commissioning team on technical requirements and manage technical queries and changes.

Adequate knowledge of all the interfaces between Topside and Marine Engineering, facilities/systems of FPSO with specific attention to his discipline, and working of all Process, Mechanical, Piping, Structure, Electrical & Telecom, Instrumentation and Marine engineering.

Knowledge of sequencing of engineering activities.

Capability to review engineering deliverables of various disciplines and knowledge of the types of documents to be generated by each engineering department and the inputs involved.

Capable of defining design concepts during initial phase of the project considering HSE, constructability operability and maintainability.

Familiarity with standards applicable to engineering disciplines and awareness of class, industry, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Ability to organize meetings and liaise with class and client team to resolve issues.
