Requirements

• PhD or Degree in relevant field, preferably in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or chemistry degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of clinical governance, clinical study research and ethics compliance, confidentiality issues, research methods and guidelines, data protection, intellectual property rights etc
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific, clinical and safety research studies in an effective credible manner

Responsibilities of the Role

• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Japanese consumers’ unmet needs

• Communicate with Japanese local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives

• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Japanese consumers

Job Purpose

Candidate will lead a team to deliver projects and carry out operational support of systems in the University Campus Infrastructure domain. He/she will work closely with the user community, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives.

The day-to-day activities:

• Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures for Operational Risk Management and Third Party Risk Management which are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure these are effectively embedded into the Bank’s control environments.
• Act as the central point of contact for operational risks arising from portfolio assigned, challenging business activities/ processes that are not aligned with the established risk appetite, controls that are not adequately designed or dispensation/ residual risk acceptance that have not been approved by the appropriate authority.

• Responsible for OR and Third Party related internal and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct training to enhance risk and control awareness. This entails maintaining active engagement with Business Units and Functions to instill operational risk and third party riskmanagement responsibilities.
