Job description:

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Lead discussion with customers, drive requirement gathering session, including reviews/walkthroughs.
• Review project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/ Use Case Specifications to ensure that it meets customers requirement and conforms to quality management process standards and procedures to minimise rework.
• Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Review / develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification.

• Provide advice to clients in a specific domain to review the business process and propose improvements and ICT solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• 7 years IT experience in project management and business analysis
• Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or SCRUM
• Experience in Salesforce and/or FinancialForce product implementation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker who has a passion for optimizing campaigns and mentoring a team. • Accountable for e-commerce business KPIs including, but not limited to, revenue, traffic, conversion, ROAS, margin, inventory, customer feedback, etc.
• The candidate should have omnichannel and O2O experience, with a proven record of running omnichannel direct to consumer business.
• Responsible for key account leadership for selected ecommerce retailers – mainly Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok. Responsibilities include annual joint business planning. Campaign calendar planning and negotiations for key support on key moments.

• Able to respond to critical cybersecurity threats triggered by Security Operations Centre (SOC) or external threat alert sources, and coordinate and lead the Sites to respond to the threats.
• Conduct forensic investigations and root cause analysis, to determine the cause and extent of security incidents, while identifying corrective actions required and preventive measures.
• Review system hardening checklist and execution performed by the Corporate and Sites IT.
• Participate in vendor evaluation for IT or security related initiatives.
• Develop, schedule and coordinate to deliver employee training and awareness program for information security as required, including IT advisory broadcasts.

Requirement

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience in IT Audit, SAP Controls, Information Security, and cybersecurity solutions / tools.
• Knowledge in SAP Security Audit guidelines and proven experience in testing SAP Controls is a must.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferably in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Certification of CISA, ISO27001 preferred.
• Certifications of CISSP, CISM desirable
• Good verbal and written communication skills to relay IT Security Policies and Procedures

The marketing manager will manage the development and implementation of above-the-line, below-the-line, digital marketing and media strategies as part of integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and services cater to the B2C & B2B sectors.
