1. Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients’ needs
2. Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients
3. Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
4. Prepare costing report for management’s approval and manage budget accordingly
5. Work closely with project and operation teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
6. Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain client's feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.

Job Requirements

1. Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent
2. Candidate must possess minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate office design and build project management. Those with PMP Certification have an added advantage.
3. Able to interpret architectural plans and familiar with building and safety regulations
4. Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
5. Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skills
6. Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Fluent in both spoken and written English (in order to handle feedbacks and issues from English & Mandarin speaking associates)

Description

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, machine learning engineers and technical fraud analysts - Design and maintain real-time automated decisioning systems and operations for fulfilment and financial products. - Collaborate with data engineers and platform architects to implement robust production real-time and batch decisioning solutions - Engage with business partners and understand their unique requirements and design them technical solutions - Review the teams production code and logic for highly integrated system - Distill and clearly communicate complex technical topics for both business and engineering partners - Analyze data and tell meaningful stories to assist business partners. - Collaborate with and support the team to innovate, encouraging experimentation and growth

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience leading a team of machine learning engineers, software engineers and technical fraud analysts
• Practical experience training, deploying, and maintaining decisioning algorithms
• Familiarity with distributed databases, data warehousing, and SQL

• Ability to implement custom real-time or batch machine learning applications with their appropriate data pipelines
• Ability to comprehend and debug complex system integrations spanning toolchains and teams
• Ability to extract meaningful business insights from data and identify the stories behind the patterns
