RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a team to handle outdoor sales by driving the buggy around Gardens by the Bay and sell various types of snacks and cold beverages. You will perform cashiering duties, inventory management, replenish products on shelves as well as perform daily housekeeping. In addition, you will attend to customers' needs and enquiries and collate feedback on products and services. You will also be required to attend to any other job functions as we may assign from time to time.

• Minimum GCE ‘N' Level
• Candidates with sales / retail experience are preferred
• Friendly and service oriented
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
• Minimum Class 3 driving license

Job Responsibilities :

· Oversee daily trade operations, including the issuance and amendment of LCs, confirmation of documents, and monitoring payment due dates.

· To prepare ELC draft as per contract and ensure compliance with internal requirements.

· Check ELC received are as per the LC draft and provide amendment list if not in order.

· Ensure ELC received is workable to add confirmation as per terms and conditions.

· Timely monitor and follow up with counterparties on LC and amendment status.

· Review and check bank application form and documents prepared by Trade Ops team.

· Validate and resolve discrepancies raised by banks, ensuring compliance with trade finance regulations and internal policies.

· Continuous improvement to work processes and operational efficiency.

· Ability to communicate effectively with team members, external clients, and internal stakeholders.

· Prepare and maintain management reports on trade finance activities.

· Collaborate with the Treasury Team to manage relationships with banks.

· Audit support: Assist internal audit and external auditors in the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions and practices.

Job Requirements :

· Degree in Accountancy or possess a Professional qualification e.g. ACCA

· Strong understanding of general LC practice rules (i.e., UCP600, ISP98)

· At least 3 years related industry or accounting firm experience

· Be skillful in SAP and MICROSOFT OFFICE

· Able to work independently and under tight deadlines

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations:
  - Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP based on approved procurement requests.

Logistics Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Officer to be part of our Asia Pacific Logistics Execution

team to perform safe and timely shipments of >$2B worth of products to and from international origins

and destinations.

Based in our Singapore Commercial hub, the primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day

operational activities, working in close collaboration with a complex stakeholder groups from across

the business to deliver optimal value for the various business units.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics Operations, this role is a great opportunity to:

 Plan and execute shipments from the company smelters to customers in diverse locations,

including placing bookings, coordination, and monitoring whilst minimizing freight cost,

optimising working capital and meeting commercial requirements.

 Provide timely notification to all relevant parties on bookings and coordinate with stakeholders

on subsequent changes

 Track shipping schedules, perform all required system related updates and resolve issues that

may affect shipping, vessel slippage risk and deliveries to the customers

 Act as the primary escalation point of contact for all operational issues raised by both internal

and external stakeholders

 Process freight payments and resolve any payment dispute with vendors timely

 Ensure completeness of accrual of freight cost at end month

 Develop and manage relationship with vendors such as shipping lines, 3PLs and internal

stakeholders

 Investigate and handle claims relating to transportation and shipping

 Participate in continuous improvement projects, identify any process gaps and propose

improvement initiatives to reduce costs and/or improve service levels.

 Participate in performance related meetings and provide constructive feedbacks where

relevant

 Adhere to the logistics existing policies and system requirements at all times

 Create a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within logistics ensuring all

activities comply with the company's standards

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

 At least 5 years of related experience in supply chain/logistics

 Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field.

 A team player, autonomous and self-driven

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

 Determined problem solver with high level attention to details, strong analytical and critical

thinking skills

 Solid time management skill and ability to prioritize workload in a changing environment and

• Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1000 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
