• Manage project teams and stakeholders: You’ll lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets: You may be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, as well as managing project budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies: You may be responsible for establishing and implementing project management methodologies, including critical path analysis, risk management plans, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor project performance and report progress: You’ll track progress against defined goals and objectives, identify and address potential risks and issues, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies: You’ll need to stay informed about the latest advancements in your field and identify opportunities to implement new technologies that can improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in a project management or engineering role, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge relevant to your specific engineering field.
