Responsibilities:

1. Basic knowledge or understanding in Credit Card and Card Rewards processing.

6. Document test results and provide test artifacts in structure format for review and walkthrough with stakeholders.
7. Able to Manage UAT progress, provide timely UAT status reporting, highlight and report issues earlier, monitor issues with timely resolution, and to update business teams and key stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with technology partners, business teams and operation teams on system implementation, including the preparation of instructions/parameter forms to parameter team for Rewards Campaigns setup.
9. Arrange with business teams and stakeholders for live verification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of Credit Card and Rewards Processing: Basic understanding of credit card systems and rewards program mechanisms, including familiarity with related terminology and workflows.
• Attention to Detail and Efficiency: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work meticulously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support user requests and testing needs.
• UAT Planning and Execution Skills: Experience in creating and managing UAT test plans, including developing test scopes, scripts, data, and conducting end-to-end testing of rewards campaigns.
• Stakeholder Communication and Issue Resolution: Skilled in communicating UAT progress and issues, with the ability to liaise effectively with technology partners and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and status updates.
• Collaboration and Implementation Support: Proven ability to work collaboratively with technology, business, and operations teams to support system implementations, including setting up campaign parameters and arranging live verifications

Job Description:

As a project engineer, you will work with academic staff and RP industry partners to design, develop, deploy and maintain AI/ML projects. You are expected to complete a project life cycle that starts with gathering business requirements, development of an AL/ML software library suite, and culminating in the deployment of prototype client applications that uses this AI/ML library to deliver its functionality.

Job Description:
