1. Business Operation Management

2. As an Entry-Level Program/Project Management Office Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the

day-to-day operations of the IT Project

3. Work with project team to prepare program level decks and reports

4. Support project team in administrative tasks pertaining to billing and invoicing processes

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you play a vital and rewarding role in the dynamic & growing sales team focusing in selling IT services & solutions for the large SME & MNC customers. You are responsible for a full sales cycle, from hunting to developing and bringing deals to closure. Part of your account management effort, you will be also tasked to handle existing customers with new IT projects and business opportunities. There will be excellent career progression for you to become the lead in the department & eventually heading a business unit of your own, prior good results after a period of time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

· Carrying out direct sales activities to acquire new customers (B2B)

· Build good rapport and expand business opportunities with existing customers

· Submitting sales funnels timely & achieving monthly/ quarterly sales target

· Work closely with pre-sales team and key technology partners to on leads and business opportunities

· Assist in identifying opportunities in Gebiz & related portal and submission of ITQ timely

· Target on vertical sectors and familiar with their business’ ‘needs’ and ‘wants’

· Identifying customers’ requirements, prioritizing initiatives and executing good action plan to achieve success in this role

ROLE REQUIREMENT:

· At least 2 years of corporate sales experience in relevant industry

· Minimum diploma & above in IT/ Business/ Marketing or related field

· Strong sales or business development background with proven track record in enterprise solutions selling

· Good exposure in selling IT services &/ or solutions e.g. network/ system infra, network security/ managed services/ maintenance support services

· Equipped with good presentation and negotiation skills

· Competencies in building executive level relationships – abilities to reach to decision makers & strong influencers

· Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills

· Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, able to perform under pressure

· Zero or less working experience candidates are welcome – you will be considered in a junior position – training will be provided

Job Scope:

• Work closely with clients to gather/refine functional, integration, and user interface requirements.
• Write functional design documents by analysing requirements and coordinating with client on review, and to provide sign-off.
• Engage cross-functional clients in workshops and meetings to analyse business processes and to align requirements.
• Influence client’s thinking in adopting leading/standard practices, approaches, and process.
• Closely work with Application Development team by having regular discussions.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Assist the team in decoding current PLSQL/PLV8 source code (from current stored procedure) to re-write on to Java.
• Be able to update test scripts, test scenarios and do the internal testing.
• Be able to independently coordinate with users for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Be able to independently coordinate with users on review and sign-off of functional designs and test case/scripts.
• Follow-up with the team to fix and resolve all SonarQube and code smells.
• Work with Project Lead to provide timely and accurate project status information, escalate any delivery issues/risks proactively.
• Investigate on issue and root cause analysis as part of operations support.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience on Java, Spring Boot.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in client servicing role.
• Familiar with client-focused mode of working and total of 5 years and above experience.
• Experience operating in Agile/Scrum setting for technology development and implementation projects.
• Experience in SQL scripting and fine tuning of the queries.
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
• Self-motivated and able to work in demanding situations with changing priorities.
• Experience in incidents management and incidents resolutions.
• Experience in incidents SLA management.
