Role Overview:
The Programme Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the administration of government grants aimed at assisting shipping companies with manpower needs. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Membership, this role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to ensure smooth execution of the programme’s lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
· Grant Management: Oversee the lifecycle of the manpower grant programme, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
· Outreach & Engagement: Plan and conduct company visits and events to promote the programme.
· Customer Relationship Management: Respond to inquiries, customer leads, and manage stakeholder relationships.
· Eligibility Assessment & Compliance: Evaluate applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government guidelines.
· Grant Processing: Assist with approval, claims submission, and disbursement of funds to eligible companies.
· Online System Management: Manage programme tasks through the workforce Singapore’s CCP portal.

· Outreach Skills:Strong ability to engage and promote initiatives to external stakeholders
Requirements:
· Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration.
· Experience: Background in business administration, customer service, or HR; prior experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
· Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous, proactive, and resourceful team player.
· Customer-Centric: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and engage with all levels of an organisation.
· Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and WordPress.
