Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage the accounting team in overseeing the finance and accounting functions of various entities
• Prepare month-end financial reports in compliance with corporate requirements
• Prepare monthly entity level management reports prepared by the team to ensure accurate and timely reports
• Prepare Group consolidated financial reports by performing consolidation entries, elimination, and adjustments
• Provide periodical financial reporting packages to management and stakeholders and attends to ad-hoc queries/request
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with auditors to compete the annual audit
• Administer and manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including working with management to finalise budget planning and performing periodic variance analysis
• Review tax computation and liaise with tax agent to manage the filing process
• Review, implement and improve financial workflow/processes to strengthen internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies
• Liaise with bankers on treasury matters, analyse cashflows and monitor funding requirements
• Review key reconciliation schedules and ensure variance is within corporate requirement
• Provides in-depth analysis on the financial figures to support business decisions

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in accounting and financial analysis
• Preferably with 2-3 years of audit experience
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Standards
• Driven, analytical, hands-on, detailed oriented and able to operate under pressure
• Systems knowledge of SAP, Odoo and Quickbooks is an advantage
• Strong in Microsoft Excel

You will assist managers in planning and execution of marketing activities such as branding, promotions, digital media and communications. This role will be integral in understanding and supporting the needs of brand; supporting the development of a strategy and vision, initiating briefs of new projects, interacting with the agencies, and to following through projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Marketing Communication

a) Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing initiatives, strategies, and budgets

b) Oversee yearly planning with budget and direct the execution of all consumer communication vehicles including advertising creative, trade marketing materials, collaterals and premiums, promotions etc.

c) Coordinate with designer to develop artwork.

2. Branding & Promotions

a) Initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.

b) Oversee and direct the execution of in-store promotions

c) Liaise with 3rd party for purchasing of premiums & timely delivery of premiums to outlets

d) Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop highly effective campaigns to support Sales and F&B Teams

e) Partner effectively with key stakeholders including sales, data teams, landlords and external partners

f) Main liaison for press-related matters, which includes drafting of statements or responses with Corporate Communications

3. Digital

a) Plan website weekly updates for feature banners, small banners and promotion page

b) Updates social media marketing channels, content, campaigns and day-to-day activities

c) Curate relevant content to reach the audience most likely to engage, work with and/or advocate on behalf of our brand.

d) Grow engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions through proactive organic and paid campaigns and management

e) Analyze social media campaigns and make recommendations for changes

f) Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels

GENERAL TASKS:

a) Timely execution planned promotional activities

b) Generate monthly marketing reports to management when needed.

c) Monitor and report expenses and ROI on all marketing activities

d) Administrative matters include team attendance updates, performance reviews and invoice approvals.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

1. Minimum tertiary education
2. At least 2 years experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
3. Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
4. Creative and innovative, with good analytical skills
5. Customer centric mentality and possess good written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
6. Strong problem solving skills with high emotional intelligence
