Job Descriptions

• In charge of the cleanliness and tidiness of the classroom
• Clearing of waste bins and maintaining of pantry equipment
• Clean up after child meals
• Assist teachers in supervision of meals

Job Requirements:

1. Report to company MD directly on day to day operations works

2. Monitoring of day to day work operations for all sites

3. Efficient daily schedule planning with PM

4. Follow up closely with main con / client request / comments and work orders

5. Ensure work compliance and meet target deadline for project completion.

6. monitoring of materials management / wastage for all project sites

7. Strong experienced in electrical installation process and Singapore regulations.

8. Verifying and signing off workers time card

9. Attend site meeting to follow up closely on site performance / site feedback

10. Fufill the role of an Operation in charge

• To Lead and oversee all sales activities, including team management, customer relations, and project management
• To meet or exceed the established sales targets through strategic planning, drive revenue through expert account planning, resource planning, and allocation
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and meet P&L objectives
• Manage the organization's operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance
• Perform negotiation with vendors for best price and terms and conditions
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs
• To maintain excellent business relationships with Customers and all stakeholders
• Generate and analyse purchasing reports and data to identify improvement
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with suppliers
• Ensure day-to-day operation and sales activities run smoothly
• Able to work independently yet able to collaborate with others
• Flexible, responsive, thorough and works well on own initiative
• Strategic thinker and strong execution
• Good communicator and able to work under pressure

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the unit's overall direction and strategy, and provide support in managing the affiliated groups to develop their business strategies for the mid to long term. Collaborate with the local management to drive business development (BD) activities in line with the unit's overarching strategy, jointly initiating and implementing BD initiatives.
• Assist in the management of the affiliated groups to develop their financial budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and closely monitor these budgets and KPIs in alignment with the unit's direction. Offer analytical support to the affiliated groups and fulfill any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by superiors.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the responsible group affiliates and the Headquarters, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to internal approval processes. Communicate well with other Units in the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in port operations or port industry
• Adaptable to working overseas
