Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description：

• Formulate strategic plans to identify, target and clinch corporate clients
• Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients
• Draw up networking proposals customized to individual sector
• Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the project, ensuring client’s requirements are met and exceeded
• Prepare sales and marketing materials
• Assist in organizing sales and marketing events
• Achieve and Deliver Sales Target
• Ensure all drawings and proposals are generated on time
• Support in all aspect of Sales activities
• Manage and maintain customer relationship
• Collate and evaluate customer feedback and highlighting customer complaints from customers for management analysis

Job Requirements：

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
• Help build the speech dataset and support the analysis of these recordings.
• Contribute to the literature review.

Product strategy and category management

1. Work closely with country product managers to identify product gaps and build strong portfolio for the Fitting (Faucets and Showers) Category products.
2. Competitor analysis and identify key FABs and completive advantage to fit country portfolio.
3. Support product training team and brand communication team on our differentiation of products and how to translate into consumer benefit effectively versus competition

NPD development

1. Define clear value proposition of each NPD, prioritize NPDs based on APAC strategy.

4. Follow up the new product performance after launch to evaluate the actual result versus target.

NPD launch

1. Work closely with country and cross functional team to ensure successful process launches.
2. Follow up the post-launch feedback and result if they meet business target. And be able to analyze and make recommendation when they do not.
